The rules stated here are mostly common sense. Some TGPS/MGPS will have extra rules regarding listing, so please be aware and make sure to ask beforehand. This is a generic list of rules that applies to all submissions.

General Terms and Conditions for Payment and Creatives

Payment and Creatives must be received within 5 business days of the invoice date.
If no payment is received within 5 business days, your invoice will be cancelled, and your spots resold. If no creatives are received within 5 business days, your invoice will be cancelled, and your spots resold.

***If your payment has been received within the allotted time, but no creatives have been sent in, then your campaign will start on Day 6. Your listing dates will not be adjusted regardless of actual listing.***

Auto-Billing

Please contact your sales person if you would like to receive your invoice automatically each month.

If you choose this option, your renewals will be invoiced automatically and you will have 10 days to cancel any spot you do not wish to renew. Otherwise your campaigns will start immediately after the previous ones, and the dates will not be adjusted. The same payment and creative rules apply.

General Rules

1. All payment and galleries must be received within 5 days.

2. All refunds will be via check, regardless of the payment method

3. All galleries must be series picture galleries with at least 15 pictures. Movie galleries must have at least 3 movie clips of minimum 15 seconds each.

4. Submitters must have rights to the images that are used within their galleries. They must either own the images, or have license to use them.

5. Galleries must not contain misleading links, nor should they redirect to dialers, etc.

6. No childp*rn, rape, scat, beast galleries allowed.

7. No more than four sponsor links per gallery.

8. Thumbs must not open to html pages, or to pages with banners. They must only open to images.

9. Galleries must not be changed in any way once they are posted.

10. No deals made by Drinking Hard while either Drinking or Hard will be honored. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Quality Thumbs Package and Teen Package

1. All content must be series content.

2. 3 or more movie clips or 14 or more pictures

3. Max of 6 outgoing links

4. No recycling of galleries that were listed in the last 90 days

5. No Free Hosted Galleries (Unless the buyer is the paysite owner)

6. No Mature Content, No Extreme Content, No Bondage, No Fisting, No BBW content, No Party Hardcore or that type of content. Anything that does not fit the theme of the site will not be listed.

7. Webmaster reserves the right to Change thumb images if they are not to the site standards

Candy List

1. No nasty dollars, teen revenue galleries

2. Video galleries should have 3 videos that are at least 10 seconds each.

3. No video stills or photos that are not good quality

4. Only teen/babe/hardcore/lesbian galleries (ie: no bondage, peeing etc. non-mainstream fetish stuff)

5. no recycled galleries

Sublime Directory/Teeniefiles

No Extreme Content(Fisting, Pissing etc)

1. Inform your sales agent of the sponsor you use to see if your galleries are applicable.

2. Please use fresh and new content. Repeated picture/movie content will not be listed.

3. Gallery must have Nudity (partial nudity and NN sites not allowed)

4. Single girl sites must get approval before getting a spot and must not have the same girl more then once a week.

5. Galleries can have ONLY 4 out going links.

6. Must alternate Templates, so the gallery appears new and not over used.

7. For Movie galleries, Must have at least 4 fifteen second clips. For picture galleries, at least 15 pictures must be used.

8. No redirecting of foreign traffic.

9. No sponsor hosted galleries.

10. Gallery must be the same series. *DEFINITION* No variety or mixed of images.

11. Galleries just using trailers not allowed.

12. No java script what so ever other then trackers.

13. No redirecting of Traffic in ANY way.

14. Gallery Descriptions MUST be unique, which in turn can increase your overall results.

15. If you change your gallery after submission, it will be removed, without prior notice.

16. DO NOT submit the same URL more than once. You will not get one gallery listed on multiple sites.

17. DO NOT submit a slightly different version of the same gallery to different sites.

18. All thumbs must be softcore only.

And we request that you always send a full list of 30 galleries using the Excel Template located at:

Video-Post

1. No illegal content (models must be 18 years or older, no rape or bestiality)
2. No defecating, urinating, hard BDSM (soft BDSM is fine), gay (shemale is ok) or extremely old performers (older is ok)
3. All movies must be licensed
4. No popup windows or blind thumbs
5. All movies must be at least 8 seconds long
6. No special codecs that require a plugin like divx
7. Do not submit the same url twice
8. Do not resubmit movies you have already posted (except celebrity movies since they are naturally limited)
9. No non-linked thumbnails (all thumbnails must be linked to movies)
10. For standard galleries we only allow mpeg movies, paid links can have streaming movies
11. All movies must have sound (except voyeur movies)
12. Your gallery may not have the same background color as Video-Post
13. No full window ads or infos in the movies - small superimposed urls and logos are ok
14. Thumbnails must be taken from the clips they link to (exact frame)
15. Reciprocal button is required for standard galleries, paid links don't need one
16. Do not prematurely remove galleries that are still listed on Video-Post.
 

Marks Bookmarks

1. All content must be series (same girl and/or photo shoot)
2. Movie galleries must have a minimum of 3 movies (30 seconds of video minimum, 45 seconds preferred)
3. Picture galleries must have a minimum of 10 photos (15 photos preferred).
4. Thumbs must link directly to image or movie. No landing pages!!
5. It is preferred to have no JavaScript. Safe JavaScript for things like sex tracker, window display status etc will be accepted on paid spots but not on submit passes accounts as it is too time consuming to verify. JavaScript for anything else will not be accepted.
6. All galleries must use html A HREF=”” links to open the content. No JavaScript OnClick events to open content. Gallery must work in a non JavaScript browser.
7. No Banner farms. There should be more gallery content than advertising banners/images
8. No exit consoles pop-ups, redirect, frames or deceptive blind links
9. No reciprocal links to other TGP’s
10. No broken images or links
11. All content must be legal
12. Galleries should be clean, attractive and ecstatically pleasing

All content and payments must be received by GTS within 5 business days of purchase. You, as the customer are responsible for submitting your payment and advertising content within 5 business days.
